James's Baptism was wonderful. We are so happy to have this little guy in our lives and thank God for blessing us with him. It was a joy to see so many family members and friends join us as James was baptized. Grandpa Schutz baptized James and Uncle Corey, his godfather, read. Aunt Stephanie, his godmother, held him during the baptism. What a beautiful day!!! Great Grandma and Grandpa Hicks, Uncle Michael, Aunt Aimee, Taryn, Micah, Abel, Jonah, Granny, Pappy, and Grandma Schutz were also there for the special day.
James was perfect for the service. He cried at the very beginning because it was time to eat. We weren't able to take a million pictures like we usually would. Besides the pictures during the service, we only got a godparent and a group photo. That's all you really need right? James also did not like getting water poured on his head. Besides those two moments, he kept silent and LOVED being held by his Aunt Stephanie and Uncle Corey. I think even Granny held him for a bit!
