James - Week 2

James is such a joy.  There are a few moments in the day where he is awake and loves to check out his world.  James loves his swing.  Aaron never liked the swing.  We are glad James likes it.  It gives us free hands to play with Aaron when attention is needed.  James is getting better at focusing.  I think he is starting to figure out who has the food.  He gets pretty upset when Daddy holds him and he is hungry.  At his two week appointment he weighed 7 lbs and 11 oz.  He is gaining weight!  Very exciting.  I do wish he would sleep a bit better at night.  He likes to be up at night and gets very fussy when swaddled and put in his bassinet.  Hopefully we can figure out a schedule soon.  James had a few visitors this week.  Grandpa and Grandma from Arkansas came for a visit.  Granny visited a few times too.  Poor Pappy has a cold and is staying away until he is better.  We thank him for that.
