One of my favorite things about Texas is the State Fair.
This year I got to take my big buddy Aaron. We took the dart down, which
was far less completed than driving. We spent the day eating fattening food,
pretending we were the proud owners of some rather expensive vehicles, watched
the popular dog show, rode some thrilling rides, fed the animals, and spent time
with Big Tex. The best part of my day was just getting to spend
time with Aaron though. He is such a gifted little fellow who has more to talk about
then there is time for! I was glad that we had this day together so he could
talk away without sharing a conversation with a sibling.
