Happy Father's Day

Aaron had the hardest time saying Happy Father's Day.  When I brought Daddy his gifts, he kept on saying, "It's Daddy's Birthday! Happy Birthday Daddy!"  I tried explaining to him that it was Father's Day.  He almost got there because he started saying, "Happy Mother's Day!"  I had to explain to him that Mother's Day is for Mommies and Father's Day is for Daddies.  By the end of the night, he figured it out and was able to wish Pappy a Happy Father's Day correctly.

It was a great day.  We enjoyed lunch at Denny's.  Slept for a few hours that afternoon and then enjoyed Granny and Pappy's company.  Granny made lasagna, salad, and a delicious cake.
