For the past two summers, Nathan has made and canned cinnamon pickles. They are a pretty tasty treat. The process takes 5 day. It is hardwork, but well worth it! This year Nathan made 15 quart jars and 35 pint jars. If you are nice and come and visit us, he might even give you a jar.
