Nathan and I came home on Monday exhausted as ever (what's new?)! We stayed up late that night watching a Netflix movie to relieve what we concluded as a stressful day. We knew we would be paying for it the next day (or at least we thought we would).
What a nice surprise when we were woken up at 5:30am the next morning from coworkers informing us that school had been canceled for the day. We quickly fell back asleep and enjoyed sleeping in till 10:30. Yes, Aaron slept in until 10:30! We are lucky parents. 1 snow day turned into 4. We had an absolute blast as a family for 4 days.
Nathan made an apple pie! He also
made some amazing apple sauce, but we didn't get any photos of that.
Of course, resting was on the agenda!
Aaron enjoyed coloring with his markers.
We enjoyed singing and sword fighting.
What you've all been waiting for...
The SNOW!!!!
Nathan was trying to shovel the driveway. It was solid ice! He didn't end up finishing the job. It was determined as impossible!
Friday was crazy. It was the most snow I had ever seen since living in Texas.

I loved the photos thanks for sharing. We also had 2 snow days. But it was because we had 20 inches of snow with drifting up to 6 feet in places, right outside our front door for one. Enjoy the family times, memories are forever.
