Aaron won the Good Citizen award for Outstanding Behavior as well as Perfect Attendance. He was so proud of himself (we were too)!
Grandpa Dougal came to visit!
The kids enjoyed Halloween. We went to a fall festival in McKinney for games, bounce houses, and petting zoo fun. I think James liked it the most. We could not get him out of the bounce houses. James and Aaron also went trick-or-treating. I think this was Aaron's favorite! He loved going to doors and saying, "trick-or-treat." He also enjoyed seeing his classmates on the sidewalk as we went door-to-door. Our town isn't a big one and apparently our sub-division is the popular place to trick-or-treat. We ran out of candy!!!
For Halloween, Aaron was Sonic, James was Bugs Bunny, Asher was Tigger, and Sarah was Piglet.
Every year our church has an Oktoberfest to celebrate Reformation. Aaron took advantage of the kid activities.
The pictures below aren't of any specific event. It is just the Schutz Family enjoying life. Asher (10/22) and Sarah (10/27) started crawling. Miss Sarah was actually working at it long before Asher. However, Asher just sat and stared at his little sister and picked up the Army crawl before she crawled. They are enjoying each other and will even join in with whatever James is doing. It is a wonderful relationship. We sure do miss Aaron during the day!
