We drove to Farmersville and celebrated Pappy's birthday. This year, Aaron really wanted to help Granny put the candles on the cake. Aaron did a good job. He also liked the fact that the bottom of the candles had frosting on them when you pulled them out of the cake. As usual, Aaron also helped Pappy open his gifts. I don't think anyone has opened their own gifts on their birthday when Aaron is around. We let him help, so I guess we only have ourselves to blame. We gave Pappy a pillow that had pictures of both of his grandchildren, Aaron and Lucas. Happy Birthday Pappy!!!!
